Фото 1
The church, located in the village, was built in 1799 through the efforts of the parishioners. It is a stone building with a bell tower of the same style. The church has one altar dedicated to the Conception of Saint John the Baptist. Nearby is a warm stone church with one altar in honor of the Epiphany of the Lord, built in 1823 also thanks to the efforts of the parishioners.

The temple has preserved ancient icons, testifying to its long history. Among them is an icon of the Savior, painted in 1665, which was adorned in 1848 with a silver robe and a gilded crown in memory of the end of cholera. Another icon of the Savior depicts him with the Gospel in his left hand and a cross on his shoulders, and, according to tradition, was painted by Saint Dmitry of Priluki. There is also an icon of Saint John the Baptist in ancient script, decorated with a robe embroidered with gold and silver.

Church documents have been preserved in full order: copies of the metric books have been kept since 1802, confession lists since 1829, and an inventory of church property was compiled in 1829. The church staff includes a priest and a psalmist. The annual income of the parish amounts to 270 rubles in silver from services and sacraments and 380 rubles in silver from land, totaling about 650 rubles in silver. The clergy's houses are located on church land and are their property. The parish includes one village, which has 159 households, 546 men, and 583 women.
