The church was built by parishioners in the late 18th century, but it was destroyed in the 1940s. Restoration work began in 1997. The church has three chapels: one dedicated to the Yaroslavl Miracle Workers, Blessed Prince Fyodor and his sons David and Konstantin, another to the Smolensk Icon of the Mother of God, and the third to the Epiphany. Services and memorials are held on each of the twelve major feasts.
