The stone church with five domes and a tiered bell tower was built in the village of Zarnitsyno in 1809 with funds from parishioners and titular advisor Elizar Ioakimovich Zorin. The church has three altars: in honor of the Entry of the Most Holy Theotokos, Saint Nicholas, Archbishop of Myra in Lycia, the Miracle Worker, and All Saints.

The church has never been closed, and currently, festive services are held there. The rector of the church is Archpriest Nikolai Voloshko.
