Church of the Entry of the Most Holy Theotokos in the Bell Tower of the Staro-Golutvin Monastery in Kolomna

Фото 1
The three-tiered bell tower above the Holy Gates, built at the turn of the 17th and 19th centuries, is designed in the style of mature classicism. Its upper tier was rebuilt after 1845. This brick structure is adorned with decorative elements made of white stone. The second tier of the bell tower houses the Entry Church, dedicated to the Entry of the Most Holy Theotokos, which dates back to the 19th century. The two-story base of the bell tower with the Entry Church is decorated with pilaster porticos of the grand order, while the other two tiers are embellished with groups of paired Tuscan columns. The complete restoration of the bell tower was finished in 2007.
