The church in the village of Baylovskoye was founded in 1797 and has two altars: in honor of the Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary and Saint Nicholas the Wonderworker.

The church owns 39 desyatins of land. The parish includes such villages as Baylovskoye, Ivantsovo, Puptsovo, Chernoy Vrag, Baziki, Filiptsevo, Staroye, Zmaznevo, Klyuchiki, Obukhovo, Nazarikha, Malaya Novinka, Ulyanikhа, Zelentsovo, and Gorildеvo. In these villages, there are 182 houses, inhabited by 605 men and 692 women.
