The construction of the Church of All Saints, who shone in the Russian Land, began in 1992. In 1993, Patriarch Alexy II visited Volgograd, toured the construction site, and blessed its continuation. The first service in the church took place on Easter 1994. In 1997, the church acquired golden domes, and a new main dome was installed. In 2005, a bell tower was built according to the project of Volgograd architect Valery Okolelov. Currently, large-scale work is underway to expand the church.
