The Church of All Saints is a small brick building in the Russian-Byzantine style, built in 1891. It is a cubic temple with a decorative five-domed roof, side porches, and a semicircular apse. Currently, the church is not operational, but restoration work is underway.

In the late 19th century, there were two stone churches in the Murom Monastery: the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary and the five-domed Church of All Saints, as well as an old wooden Church of the Epiphany of the Lord. On the second floor of the stone building, there was a chapel dedicated to Saint Nicholas, consecrated in 1896. In 1887, a reliquary church was built over the ancient Church of the Resurrection of Lazarus to preserve the unique church. The monastery grounds also housed chapels in honor of the Venerable Lazarus and Athanasius of Murom, where their holy relics and iron chains were kept.

The stone five-domed Church of All Saints was built and consecrated in 1891. It is adorned with oval icons of the Venerable Lazarus and Athanasius of Murom on the northern and southern walls. On the second floor of the stone building was the chapel of Saint Nicholas. The main relics of the monastery, the relics of the Venerable Lazarus and Athanasius, rested in two chapels. The monastery was surrounded by a stone fence, which is considered the last in the history of northern monastery fences.

After nationalization, the monastery's property was confiscated. Agricultural instructor courses were held on its territory, and residential premises were given to workers of the local timber enterprise. In 1919, an agricultural commune named after Trotsky was organized here. The decision to close the monastery was made on August 30, 1930. After World War II, a home for the disabled was established in the monastery, and from the mid-1960s, the Murom cape became deserted. By the end of the 20th century, the white stone walls of the Assumption Cathedral, the remains of the red brick Church of All Saints, and the ruined brotherhood building remained.

The revival of the monastery began in January 1991. Thanks to the efforts of a few inhabitants, the roof of the Church of All Saints was built, and the altar is being erected. The church built over the Lazarus Church has been converted into a summer church, and the bell tower has been restored.
