Historical data about this village do not extend beyond the 17th century. Documents from the Patriarchal Treasury indicate that in 1628 the village was owned by two individuals: Deacon Fyodor Likhachev and the head of the archers Andrey Zhukov. At that time, there was a wooden church dedicated to the Evangelist Luke, with an altar in honor of the holy martyrs Flora and Lavra. The village paid tribute to the Patriarchal Treasury in the amount of "fifteen altyns four dengas ten grivnas."

Currently, there are two churches in the village: a wooden one and a stone one. The time of construction of the wooden church is unknown; it has two altars: the main one in honor of the Evangelist Luke and the side one in the name of the holy martyrs Flora and Lavra. The stone church was built by the efforts of the parishioners in 1850; it has one altar dedicated to All Saints. In 1860, a stone bell tower was built next to it. Both churches are unheated.

The parish includes only one village, Luchinskoye, which has 95 households. There are 325 men and 322 women living in the village.
