On May 17, 2016, a church in honor of All Saints was laid at the new city cemetery in Kstovo, Nizhny Novgorod region. The laying ceremony was conducted by the archpriest Alexey Yelkin, the dean of the Kstovo district of the Nizhny Novgorod diocese, along with the clergy of the district. A metal capsule containing a document describing the laying of the church was sealed at the future altar site. On December 12, 2017, Metropolitan Georgy of Nizhny Novgorod and Arzamas conducted the rite of Great Consecration of the church. In the newly consecrated church, he led the Divine Liturgy.
