All Saints Church is an example of a modest rural church from the eclectic period. It is located in the cemetery on the western outskirts of the village of Krasnoe-on-Volga. The brick church, originally with a wooden bell tower, was built in 1895 with funds from merchant V.N. Chulkov. At the same time, it is likely that the brick cemetery gates and the watchman's lodge, located outside the church grounds on the eastern side, were erected. In 1901, a project for a stone bell tower with changes to the porch was developed, and in 1902 these works were carried out under the guidance of provincial architect L.A. Bolshakov. The church has a longitudinal axial composition, with the central part being a square base topped with five onion domes on octagonal drums.

To the east, a semicircular apse adjoins the church, and to the west, a small narthex connects it to the two-tiered bell tower. The lower tier of the bell tower, square in plan, supports the ringing tier with cut corners. The facades of the church, divided by pilasters and arched windows, two each from the south and north, are very modestly decorated. The decor of the bell tower is quite unusual: the first tier is pierced by three narrow arched windows. At the corners of both tiers are square panels with Andrew's and Greek crosses. The arched openings of the ringing tier are complemented by archivolts and semicircular kokoshniks, forming a frieze on the second tier of the bell tower. The three-tiered carved iconostasis of the church is made in the Russian style. Its decoration features carved floral ornamentation, particularly rich at the royal gates. The oil wall paintings, updated in 1985, are executed in academic traditions, with lush floral motifs in the spirit of pseudo-baroque. On the vault of the church are depicted the evangelists, the 'Protection' and the 'Resurrection', while on the walls of the square base are scenes from the Christological cycle. At the base of the vault is a cornice with expressive brackets and grape clusters. The apse's conch is adorned with the composition 'Fatherland'.

During the persecutions against Orthodoxy, All Saints Church remained the only functioning church in the Krasnoselsky district. Today, it is the center of spiritual and educational activities of the Kostroma diocese and a landmark of Krasnoe-on-Volga. The rector of the church has been Archpriest Ioann Kovalsky for over 30 years.
