Church of All Saints in Goritsky Assumption Monastery

Фото 1
The Church in the name of All Saints is located at the Pereslavl Spiritual School. In its current form, it was restored in 1883 with funds raised from private donations. A church existed on this site as early as the beginning of the 17th century and served as the refectory church of the Goritsky Monastery. In the 18th century, under the Pereslavl bishops, it was adorned. After the abolition of the diocese, the church fell into decline and remained in neglect until 1883. The church has one altar and is fully equipped with utensils, vestments, holy icons, and liturgical books. Services are conducted by a protodeacon, who is also the supervisor of the school. For this, he receives 370 rubles a year from the clergy of the school district and 24 rubles in interest from the capital donated by anonymous individuals.
