According to the "Address Calendar of the Nizhny Novgorod Diocese" for 1904, a stone church was built in Fedotovo in 1797. It had altars: the main, cold one, in honor of the Sign of the Mother of God, as well as warm chapels, the right one in honor of the Nativity of the Most Holy Theotokos and the left one of Saint Nicholas the Wonderworker. The church had two bell towers, of which only one has survived.
To this day, the remnants of a park and fruit orchards have also been preserved, as well as another stone church built in Fedotovo in honor of All Saints.
