The small and very cozy Church of All Saints is located east of the Trinity Cathedral. It was built by craftsmen from Kostroma in 1687. The church is adorned with a single dome on a high drum, surrounded by kokoshniks. The three-part apse noticeably protrudes to the east. Special attention is drawn to the frames of the small windows, which differ slightly from each other.

The church served as a hospital, but the hospital ward has not survived. Only traces of its attachment to the church can be seen on the northern facade. From 1753 to 1788, the Pereslavl Spiritual Seminary was located here, and then, until 1882, a spiritual school. In 1914, the building was demolished by the order of the monastery's governor, and it was planned to use this place as a cemetery. Now, flowers and grass simply grow there.
