The church, dedicated to the renewal of the temple of the Resurrection of Christ, is a stone parish building distinguished by its durability. It has three altars: in honor of the renewal of the temple of the Resurrection of Christ, the Kazan Mother of God, and the Dormition of the Mother of God. The church was built in 1815 through the efforts of the parishioners. In the village, near the main road, there is also a stone chapel.

The church land covers 36 desyatins, on which there are houses for the priest and the psalmist. The church capital amounts to 1000 rubles. The village is located on a plain, without rivers, and a major road runs through it from Poshekhonye to Lyubim. There is a zemstvo school operating in the parish.
