The Resurrection Church was built in 1799 thanks to the efforts of the parishioners. This stone building has the same bell tower, which is parish and sturdy. The church has three altars: in the cold part, in honor of the Resurrection of Christ, in the warm part, in honor of the Protection of the Mother of God and the Roman Mother of God. There are two chapels: a stone one in the churchyard and a wooden one in the village of Dymovskoe.

The church owns 49 desyatins and 1383 sazhen of land. Four wooden houses were built for the priest, deacon, psalmist, and caretaker. The endowment amounts to 50 rubles.

The village is located on a hill by the Nakhte River, 103 versts from Yaroslavl. Mailing address: Milyushino, Rybinsk district. The parish has two schools: a zemstvo school in the village of Ogarovo and a literacy school in the village of Dymovskoe. There is also a library at the church.

At the end of 1930, the Resurrection Church in the village of Ogarovo was closed. To this day, the building has remained in a ruined state. In the old cemetery, among the thickets of shrubs and grass, one can find tombstones of representatives of the famous princely family of Ukhtomskys.
