The village is located on a hill by the Samodranka River. The Church of the Resurrection of Christ in the village of Nikolskoye-Atvodnoye was once part of a large estate complex called Zarechye. It was built in 1798 by the Borshchov family and has altars in honor of the Renewal of the Church of the Resurrection of Christ, Saint Nicholas the Wonderworker, and Saint Demetrius of Thessalonica. The church and its fence with gates are included in the list of cultural heritage sites and monuments of regional historical and cultural significance in the Yaroslavl region. Architecturally, the church is a single building with an adjoining bell tower and two entrances, western and southern. The vault in the square part has an octagonal shape. The gates and fence, dating from the second half of the 19th century, have survived to this day.

Besides the church and the fence, two stone one-story wings and a linden alley have also survived from the estate.
