According to the order of the Department for the Protection of Historical and Cultural Heritage of Nizhny Novgorod and the Nizhny Novgorod Region dated April 24, 2000, No. 5-OD, the rural Resurrection Church was recognized as an object of historical and cultural heritage. The church dates back to 1839. However, order 5-OD was revoked on October 20, 2014, in accordance with order No. 159, as reported by the State Heritage Protection Department of the Nizhny Novgorod Region. According to Natalia Listvina, the church has survived to this day in a ruined state.
