The brick church with three altars, located in the cemetery, was built in 1805. The central altar of the summer church is consecrated in honor of the Resurrection of Christ, the right chapel of the winter church is dedicated to the prophet Elijah, and the left to Saint Nicholas the Wonderworker. The church was adorned with a three-tiered bell tower. In the late 1930s, it was desecrated and destroyed.

In the 1980s, a missile air defense division was placed nearby, and at that time the bell tower was demolished. In the 1990s, the church was returned to the Russian Orthodox Church, and restoration began. The church was practically rebuilt from scratch, including the construction of the bell tower. Currently, restoration work continues.
