The Church of the Resurrection of Christ is located near the village of Kartmazovo. The stone complex was built in the first half of the 19th century, and church records mention merchant Bezborodov as one of the benefactors of the church.
The architecture of the ensemble is in the classical style, which was quite popular at that time. The central church is presented in the form of an unequal cross with a massive lantern in the center, on which rises a spherical dome with an onion-shaped head and a wrought iron cross. The central entrance is adorned with a classical pediment on stone columns. On the western side, there is a rectangular refectory connected to the chapel of a three-tiered bell tower, decorated with pediments. The external finishing is minimal, with plastered and painted walls.
Today, the Church of the Resurrection of Christ has been restored and is open to parishioners, with regular services held here.
