The cemetery church of the Resurrection of Christ in the village of Semenkovo was built by the efforts of parishioners in 1787. It is designed in a provincial style that combines elements of baroque and classicism. Architecturally, this building can be described as a two-light five-domed cube with a bell tower and spire. About five years ago, the spire still existed, but now it is gone, along with the domes, windows, and doors. During the Soviet period, the building was used as a hayloft, and now it serves no function and does not operate as a church. Local residents are trying to restore the church, but it is clear that its salvation requires assistance not only at the local level but also from the center.
