The Vladimir church is a unique parish temple of the eclectic era, where forms of late classicism blend with elements of Russian style. The building has a rectangular shape, elongated along the longitudinal axis, and combines the main church, altar, and western narthex. It is topped with a complex hipped roof, above which rises a small square base with an onion dome on a four-pitched roof. To the east, a similar dome is located above the altar. A distinctive feature of the building is the use of forms more characteristic of civil architecture. The tiers of the second light, rising above the central risalits of the side facades, resemble the mezzanines of manor houses, while dormers and skylights add originality. The eastern and western facades are identical, with the central part highlighted by a light risalit with a triangular pediment. The walls up to the window level are decorated with rustication: squared in the end parts and boarded in the main section. The central risalits of the side facades are framed by panelled pilasters. The lintels of the altar and narthex windows are adorned with high folded crests, while in the main part, with profiled sandriks. The middle window of the central risalit features a keel-shaped kokoshnik. A narrow stepped cornice completes the volumes, and the tympana of the pediments are decorated with panels.

Inside, the temple is divided into three naves by six cruciform columns supporting the arches. The central nave and western narthex are covered with barrel vaults, while the side naves and altar are covered with flat ceilings. The square above the main space has a closed vault.

In 2014-2015, preservation work was carried out on the church. This included the replacement of wooden ceilings, strengthening of foundations, restoration of facades, patching, plastering and painting, as well as restoration of the rafter system, battens, roofing, domes and crosses, and the reconstruction of window frames with muntins and doors.
