Since 1781, the village was owned by Prince N.G. Shakhovsky, and later passed to Major General Chirkov and his wife Anna Nikolaevna, who freed the peasants in 1861. After the reform, the owners of the village and surrounding lands became landowners Enderson, Sumin, Shansky, and Fedulov.

During the expedition of the "Places of Memory-2013" project, remnants of the estate complex, residential buildings, and ponds were found in Nadezhino.

The Church of Vladimir is a monument of urban planning and architecture. It is a stone, cold temple dedicated to the great Equal-to-the-Apostles Prince Vladimir, built in 1855.
