The village of Alexeyevka is located in the eastern part of the Samara region, near the Tavolzhanka River. In the past, like many other places, there was a church built in the second half of the 19th century and consecrated on July 21, 1863, in honor of Archangel Michael. In 1896, a church school with one class opened in the priest's house, and a second class was added a year later. In 1930, services in the church ceased, the bells were removed, and the church building became a grain storage facility. On June 19, 1968, the Church of Archangel Michael was completely demolished.

In the summer of 2012, a memorial cross was erected at the site of the destroyed Church of Archangel Michael, which was consecrated on September 19, 2012, by Father Alexander. After more than half a century, golden domes of a church dedicated to the holy equal-to-the-apostles Prince Vladimir reappeared in the village. The church consists of a hewn square base topped with a small tent-like structure with a dome, a five-sided apse, and a narthex with a high porch.

On November 21, 2016, in the village of Alexeyevka of the Zaplavnoe rural settlement in the Borsky district, the site for the construction of a church in honor of St. Equal-to-the-Apostles Prince Vladimir was consecrated. The day before, the log structure of the church was brought from the city of Kirov. Local residents actively participated in the construction, while the main work was carried out by a team from the company 'Vyatsky Terem' under the leadership of N.A. Andrianov and V.A. Podolyak. By early December, the assembly of the log structure was nearly complete, and on December 25, 2016, gilded domes were installed on the church, which were consecrated by Bishop Nikifor of Otradnoye and Pokhvistnevo. At a meeting with the Orthodox congregation, Father Alexander noted that the church is being built with the blessing of Bishop Nikifor and complies with all church canons.
