In September 1990, construction began on a temple complex in honor of the Equal-to-the-Apostles Princess Olga and Prince Vladimir, as well as the Righteous John of Kronstadt, on Volozhskaya Street, at the site of a former wasteland and stadium. That same year, a cross was erected and consecrated, which remains to this day. In just eight months, the Vladimir Church was built, and by 1991, services had already begun. Later, a Sunday school for adults was opened here, and a men's choir was established.

The complex is located on the territory of the Brotherhood of Righteous John of Kronstadt, the only one in the diocese where icon painting, sewing, and other workshops operate.
