In the village of Ivashkovo, there were two separate stone churches: a summer church dedicated to the Assumption of the Mother of God and a winter church in honor of Saint Leontius of Rostov the Miracle Worker. The summer church was built in 1801, and the winter church in 1839. Both churches were constructed with the funds of the parishioners and had one altar each. To this day, only the summer church has survived.
