The church was built in 1814 with funds from the parishioners on the site of two lost wooden churches from the 18th century. The building is made of stone, has five domes and a tiered bell tower. The iconostasis, created in the mid-19th century, consists of three tiers. The painting of the church was completed at the end of the 19th century. The church has three altars: in honor of the Holy Life-Giving Trinity, the Nativity of the Most Holy Theotokos, and Saint Nicholas, Archbishop of Myra in Lycia, the miracle worker. In 1985, the bell tower was partially destroyed.
