The church is built of stone and is a parish church, with two temples, summer and winter. The summer temple has two altars: in honor of the Holy Life-Giving Trinity and the Moscow saints Peter, Alexius, and Jonah. The winter temple has three altars: the Dormition of the Most Holy Theotokos, the Kazan Mother of God, and Saint Nicholas the Wonderworker of Myra. There is no information about the time of the church's construction or its builders. The icons of the Savior and the Smolensk Mother of God are especially venerated. The church owns 36 desyatinas and 1619 sazhen of land.
There are five church houses on the territory: three are intended for the residence of clergy, a priest, a deacon, and a psalmist, the fourth house is used for the Trinity church school, and the fifth for the church watchman. The houses for the clergy are wooden, while the school and watchman's buildings are stone. The church capital amounts to 3500 rubles in bonds. The parish has 890 men and 1003 women, of which 137 men and 172 women live in the village of Troitskoye-Beresnevo. The villages are located at a distance of 3 to 6 versts from the village.
The village of Troitskoye-Beresnevo is situated on a hill by the Mitukovka River. Address: Burmakino village, Yaroslavl district, post office. There are two schools functioning in the parish: the church school in Troitskoye-Beresnevo and the zemstvo school in Golovino. They are funded by the parish, with the salaries of the teachers at the church school paid from the Yaroslavl branch of the diocesan school council, and at the zemstvo school, from the Yaroslavl zemstvo. The public library belongs to the Trinity volost. The clergy staff consists of a priest and a psalmist. The parish capital in securities amounts to 2100 rubles.
