Built with the donations of parishioners in 1810, the church had seven bells, the largest weighing 5113 kg. All the bells were lost as a result of the "bell campaign" carried out by the Bolshevik authorities. This was the last place of service and arrest of the Holy Martyr Sergey Zavarin. Among the clergy of the church were Fr. Alexey Voskresensky, Fr. Grigory Kazansky, Ioann Rozhdestvensky, Nikolai Itinsky, Sergey Zavarin, Dmitry Viktorov, Sergey Belyaev, and Gennady Bukhalovsky.

On August 1, 2015, on the day of the discovery of the relics of St. Seraphim of Sarov, the village of Troitsa was visited by His Grace Benjamin, Bishop of Rybinsk and Uglich, on a pastoral visit. A Divine Liturgy and a moleben with an akathist to St. Seraphim of Sarov were held in the Chapel of All Saints. This visit by His Grace Benjamin marked the beginning of the revival of church and parish life in the village of Troitsa. Since 2015, services in the bell tower of the Trinity Church have been held regularly.
