The stone building of the church, dedicated to the Holy Trinity, was erected in 1813. The church had two altars: the main one in honor of the Holy Trinity and the second in honor of Saint Nicholas the Wonderworker. The parish, including nearby villages, had a population of 2500 people. A school also operated at the church.

During the Soviet era, the church was looted. Roofing iron, windows, and wooden floors were removed for economic needs, and the building remained empty. Currently, an initiative group is working on its restoration. Documents are being prepared for the registration of the parish, and construction work has begun for the conservation of the building.
