The Trinity Church is one of the main attractions of the Tambov region. This magnificent temple has become a true adornment of the city of Tambov. In the church, one particularly feels the presence of God, and it serves as the center of spiritual life for every believer. For many residents of the city, the Trinity Church is a place where they can find comfort, offer thanks and prayers to God, as well as participate in church Sacraments such as confession, communion, baptism, marriage, and anointing. The Divine grace is especially felt in the church due to the daily prayers offered to God. The architecture and interior decoration of the Trinity Church in Tambov inspire prayer and remind us of God's greatness.

The church was built thanks to the efforts and prayers of Bishop Theodosius with the financial support of Tambov philanthropist, Valery Vladimirovich Ustyukhin, the general director of the Union furniture salon chain.

On May 21, 2010, on the eve of the Feast of the Holy Pentecost, the solemn consecration of the Holy Trinity Church in Tambov took place with a minor rite, led by the Bishop of Tambov and Michurinsk, Theodosius, now the Metropolitan of Tambov and Rasskazovo.
