The main architectural landmark of the village of Sredneivkino is the Trinity Church, named in honor of the Orthodox holiday of the Holy Trinity, as its opening coincided with this day. The church was built from 1785 to 1807 with funds from parishioners, numbering 91 settlements. Archive documents from 1875 indicate that the parish had 4,475 men and 4,779 women.

The church consists of several parts: a cold church with an altar, a warm church, and a bell tower, which is estimated to be 47 meters high. For the opening of the church, a bell weighing 141 poods was brought from the city of Slobodskoy, requiring 50 horses for transportation. The building is made of red brick, and, according to locals, it has survived thanks to the fact that the mortar for the wall masonry was mixed with egg white.

The architectural style of the church is Empire, which gives the building elegance and lightness due to the simplicity and strictness of forms, as well as its upward aspiration. In the cold church, parts of plaster decorations and frescoes, as well as the base of the iconostasis and an ancient decorative grille on the windows, have been preserved.

After the establishment of Soviet power, services in the church continued until the mid-1930s. Then, from the mid-1930s to the 1960s, the warm church housed a village club, and during the Great Patriotic War, the cold church was used as a grain storage.

Next to the church, a prayer house has been operating in a converted building since 1995, where services, funerals, memorial services, prayers, baptisms, and weddings take place. The church council and choir work here. Since 2001, processions have resumed, and in 2002, the village was consecrated. In 2005, Father Andrei arrived in the village, and after his departure, Father Stefan. With their participation, restoration work on the church began.
