Spirino, a village in the Bogorodsky district, is home to a monument of urban planning and architecture, the Trinity Church. This structure dates back to 1822 and is under state protection according to document No. 22. The book "Saint Seraphim of Sarov and the Nizhny Novgorod Land" mentions that the stone Trinity temple with chapels in the refectory part was built in the 19th century. The right chapel is dedicated to Saint Sergius of Radonezh, while the left is dedicated to the Vladimir Icon of the Mother of God. The main volume of the church was erected in 1822 thanks to the efforts of parishioners and the assistance of generous donors, and the main altar was consecrated in honor of the Holy Life-Giving Trinity. In 1828, a wooden bell tower was built next to the church. In 1858 and 1865, due to an increase in the number of parishioners, the church was expanded by adding a larger refectory and a three-tiered bell tower, where additional chapels were consecrated. In 1938, the church was closed. The church building has survived to this day but has not been restored.
