The first mentions of a wooden church in honor of the Resurrection of Christ in the village of Razdumovo date back to 1742. In 1788, at the initiative of landowner Nikolai Yakovlevich Gruzdavtsev, a stone church was built in honor of the Holy Trinity.

In 1825, a southern warm chapel was added to this church, and the porch was rebuilt under the bell tower. From that time, the parish officially began to be called the Trinity parish in honor of the stone church. In 1871 and 1872, under the leadership of Father Peter Sokolov, a second chapel was added to the northern side of the church in honor of St. Nicholas, and the previous southern chapel, dedicated to the icon of the Kazan Mother of God, was renovated.

During those years, a new three-tiered bell tower was built. On the feast of the Ugskaya icon of the Mother of God on June 3/16, 1996, Archbishop Mikhail of Yaroslavl and Rostov consecrated the church. In the summer months, liturgies are regularly held at the Razdumovo church, conducted by priests from the Assumption Church.
