The church building is made of stone and is cold, built in 1791 with funds from the parish. The church has three altars: in honor of the Holy Trinity, Saint John the Baptist, and the Prophet Elijah. Among the church's attractions are the Smolensk Icon of the Mother of God, created in 1688, and the carved image of Saint Nicholas the Wonderworker in a silver-gilded vestment. The church is located 85 versts from Kostroma and 42 versts from Kineshma.
