In the village of Novoselki, Arzamas district, there is the Trinity Church, which was recognized as a site of historical and cultural heritage according to the order of the Department for the Protection of Historical and Cultural Heritage of Nizhny Novgorod and the Nizhny Novgorod Region dated April 24, 2000, No. 5-OD. The church was built in 1862. However, order No. 5-OD lost its validity on October 20, 2014, in accordance with order No. 159. According to the "Address Calendar of the Nizhny Novgorod Diocese" for 1904, the church has a main cold altar of the Holy Trinity and warm chapels: the right one, dedicated to the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God, and the left one, of Saint Nicholas the Wonderworker.
