Morozovka is a village located in the Arzamas district. According to the order of the Department for the Protection of Historical and Cultural Heritage of Nizhny Novgorod and the Nizhny Novgorod Region dated April 24, 2000, No. 5-OD, the village's Trinity Church was recognized as a historical and cultural heritage site. The church dates back to 1824. However, according to the data from the State Heritage Protection Office of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, order No. 5-OD was revoked on October 20, 2014, by order No. 159. The "Address Calendar of the Nizhny Novgorod Diocese" from 1904 states that the church has a main cold altar dedicated to the Holy Trinity and two warm chapels: the right one dedicated to St. Demetrius of Thessalonica and the left one dedicated to the Three Hierarchs.
