The Trinity Church, built of stone, has three altars: in the summer chapel, in the name of the Life-Giving Trinity, and in the winter chapel, in the name of Archangel Michael and the Tolga Mother of God. The current building was erected in 1803 by the Gryazov family on the site of an old wooden church, which had two altars, in honor of the Nativity of Christ and the prophet Elijah, and was dismantled due to its dilapidated condition.

The church owns 126 desyatins and 800 square fathoms of land. On the territory, there are houses for the priest, deacon, and psalmist, as well as a school building and a church watchman's lodge. The church capital amounts to 3106 rubles and 88 kopecks. The parish includes 846 men and 1110 women living in 20 villages, but there are no peasant houses near the church. The church and the adjacent residential buildings of the clergy are located on top of a hill, 1 to 1.5 versts from the nearest villages. Only clergy live in the village of Milkovo, while the most distant villages are located 6 to 7 versts from the temple.

The parish has a church-parish school in the village, parish guardianship, and a literacy school in the village of Legkovo, which is 5 versts away. The clergy staff includes a priest, a deacon, and a psalmist, and the parish capital amounts to 2184 rubles.
