Kirillovka is a village located in the Arzamas district. According to the order of the Department for the Protection of Historical and Cultural Heritage of Nizhny Novgorod and the Nizhny Novgorod Region dated April 24, 2000, the village's Trinity Church was included in the list of historical and cultural heritage sites. The church dates back to 1821. However, according to the Administration of State Protection of Cultural Heritage Sites of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, this order was annulled on October 20, 2014.
According to the "Address Calendar of the Nizhny Novgorod Diocese" for 1904, the church is a stone temple with several altars. The main altar is dedicated to the Holy Trinity and is cold, while the warm chapels are dedicated to the Great Martyr Demetrius of Thessalonica and the Assembly of the Mother of God.
