From 1826 to 1831, Ioann Gavriilovich Smirnov served in the church of the village of Fetinino. He graduated from the Vladimir Spiritual Seminary in 1822 with a second-class certificate and was ordained as a priest in 1826. After serving in Fetinino, he was transferred to the church in the village of Veskovo in the Pereslavl-Zalessky district.

In 1848, priest Mikhail Ivanovich Alyavdin arrived in Fetinino, having graduated from the Vladimir Seminary in 1818. In 1820, he was ordained as a priest in the village of Yakovtsevo in the Murom district, then in 1822 transferred to the village of Bulgakovo in the Suzdal district, and from there to Fetinino. In 1882, he retired and soon passed away.

In 1860, Vasily Ivanovich Shirogorov was appointed as a priest in Fetinino. He graduated from the Vladimir Seminary in 1854 and served his entire life in this village. He died on May 27, 1881.

From 1867, Grigory Mikhailovich Alyavdin, the son of Mikhail Alyavdin, became the priest in Fetinino. He graduated from the Vladimir Seminary in 1864, and Fetinino became his first parish, where he soon passed away.

Theodor Ioannovich Blagoveshchensky, who graduated from the Vladimir Spiritual Seminary in 1860 with a second-class certificate, was ordained as a priest in the village of Novoprokudino in the Yuriev-Polsky district. From 1867, he served in the village of Krivdina, from 1881 in Fetinino, and from 1886 in the village of Bavlenya. He died on February 27, 1895.

After 1917, little remained of Fetinino: part of the park, a linden alley, the chapel of the holy martyrs Adrian and Natalia, the grave of Mikhail Mikhailovich, and the Church of the Holy Trinity. In the 1930s, the church was closed, and it housed a dynamo machine, a dairy factory, and locksmith workshops. The burial site was destroyed.

In 1993, the church was handed over to the Vladimir diocese. The building was in a deplorable state: without a roof, windows, and doors, with destroyed brickwork and filled with debris. A young priest, Father Igor, who arrived with his family, began the restoration from scratch. They were allocated half a house, and for a while, services were held in a former shop. Gradually, part of the church was cleared, windows and doors were installed, and all work was done by their own efforts.
