In 1806, the nobleman Ivan Petrovich Kuroyedov built a stone church with a bell tower, capable of accommodating up to 500 parishioners. The building was surrounded by a wooden lattice fence on a stone foundation. The church had three altars: the main one in the name of the Holy Trinity, the left one in the name of Saint Nicholas, and the right one in the name of the Kazan Mother of God. The church staff included a priest, a deacon, and a psalmist. The church owned 120 desyatins of estate land along with the church cemetery and 88 desyatins of arable land.
