The Holy Trinity Church in Miskolc is part of the Budapest and Hungarian diocese of the Moscow Patriarchate and represents an Orthodox temple. The building was constructed between 1785 and 1806 and is listed as a protected architectural monument of Hungary. In 2017, funds were allocated for its restoration. In the neighboring building, which previously housed the parish school, the Museum of the Orthodox Church of Hungary was opened, which holds an extensive collection of religious art: icons, liturgical vestments, jewelry, chalices, crosses, and books. The church and museum of Orthodox culture are featured in themed television programs about Orthodoxy.

The church is adorned with a gilded iconostasis 16 meters high, crafted in the workshop of Miklós Jankovich in Eger. The 84 icons of the church were created by the Viennese artist Anton Kuschelmeister. One of the most valuable treasures of the Holy Trinity Church is the icon of the Mother of God "Akhtyrskaya," which was gifted to the church by Empress Catherine II during her visit to the city in 1782.
