On June 4, 2019, the long-awaited opening and consecration of the hospital church dedicated to St. Luke, known in the world as Valentin Felixovich Voyno-Yasenetsky, took place. The construction of the church began 9 years ago and was funded by donations from parishioners. The interior decoration, including the iconostasis and wall paintings, was done by masters from the Palekh Icon Painting Workshop. The consecration of the church was conducted by Metropolitan Joseph of Ivanovo-Voznesensk and Vichuga. The ceremony was attended by a member of the Government of the Ivanovo Region and the director of the Department of Health of the Ivanovo Region, A.M. Fokin, as well as hospital administration, staff, and patients.
