The Church of Saint Nicholas and Martyr Alexandra in Nice is an Orthodox church of the Western European Exarchate of Russian tradition. It is the first Orthodox church in the city and the first parish Russian church in Western Europe.

Its construction began in the winter of 1856 at the initiative of the dowager Empress Alexandra Fyodorovna, wife of Emperor Nicholas I, with the support of Russians who were being treated in Nice.

The church's design was developed by the synodal architect Alexander Kudинов, but it was significantly altered by a local architect who was involved in the construction.

The church was consecrated on December 31, 1859, in honor of Saint Nicholas and Martyr Alexandra.

The solemn consecration was attended by Grand Duchess Maria Nikolaevna, daughter of Emperor Nicholas I, who later became Princess of Baden, as well as Russian diplomats and representatives of the Russian community. This was the first Russian Orthodox church in France.
