The church has no access roads for vehicles and is not registered with state heritage protection authorities. It is completely open and does not appear to be maintained or under anyone's care.

In the main building, small parts of the wooden iconostasis have survived. The keyhole of the southern entrance door was photographed to document its condition, as fresh attempts to remove the wrought iron lock are visible. Other doors have simply been taken off their hinges and removed.
