The small Church of the Transfiguration of the Lord was built in 1823 thanks to the efforts of the parishioners. Throughout its history, it has endured many hardships and trials. After the 1917 revolution, the church was completely destroyed: all the icons were burned, and the domes and bell towers were ruined. For over 80 years, the building stood abandoned and was used for various purposes. Finally, the time for restoration came, and on April 5, 1996, the church reopened its doors. Now, a cross can be seen from afar above the dome, and an iconostasis has been installed inside.
