The parish in Kabany appeared as early as the late 16th century, but the current church, judging by its architecture, was built in the first half of the 18th century, likely funded by the archbishopric, which owned the village until the secularization in 1764. The exact date of the church's construction is unknown, and by 1816, when clerical records began to be compiled, this information was absent. The existing fence was built according to a project from 1866. The church is of medium size, with a single altar and a low two-tiered bell tower, designed in the baroque style. Since 1990, the church has been active again.
