Konevo, a village in the Gorodetsky district, is home to the Spasskaya church, recognized as a site of historical and cultural heritage. This recognition occurred according to the order of the Department for the Protection of Historical and Cultural Heritage of Nizhny Novgorod and the Nizhny Novgorod region dated April 24, 2000, No. 5-OD. The church was built in 1835. However, order No. 5-OD was revoked on October 20, 2014, according to the new order No. 159, as reported by the State Office for the Protection of Cultural Heritage Sites of the Nizhny Novgorod region.
