The Church of the Savior Not Made by Hands is a stone parish church, known for its durability. It houses four altars: of the Savior Not Made by Hands, Flora and Lavra, the Vladimir Mother of God, and Nicholas the Wonderworker. The temple was built in 1809 through the efforts of the parishioners. In five villages, Chentsovo, Paltsevo, Zinovo, Khomutovo, and Neufino, there are wooden chapels.

The church owns 78 desyatinas and 106 square fathoms of land. A two-story house has been built for the clergy, with apartments for the priest and the psalmist. The church capital amounts to 420 rubles. In the village, there are 6 men and 7 women of the clergy, 1 townsman and 2 townswomen, 8 nobles and 12 noblewomen from various settlements, as well as 738 peasants and townsmen and 843 peasant and townswomen. The total population of the village is 753 men and 864 women. The village is located on a hill, near the Rusha River. The parish operates three schools: a church-parish school, a zemstvo school, and a literacy school. The clergy staff includes a priest and a psalmist, and the parish capital in securities amounts to 760 rubles.
