The brick church, located near the hospital wards, is a small single-domed structure with a dome roof. Literature mentions that it was built by the Shuya merchant D. Kornilov in 1815. However, judging by the decor, its construction dates back to the first quarter of the 18th century. In 2008, the church was returned to the believers, and renovation work began.
