In 1999, services resumed at the church. The boundaries of the parish dedicated to the Smolensk Icon of the Mother of God in the village of Alyeshkovo, Bogorodsky District of Nizhny Novgorod Region, encompass the following localities in this district: the village of Alyeshkovo, the villages of Teryaevo, Demidovo, Kudreshki, Ubezhitsy, Vybolovo, Antenyevo, Barkino, Voznesenskoye, and Krutets. The rector is Archpriest Nikolai Chellenyak.
